A Goodwill Ambassador is entitled to identify themselves as an individual that has been designated to the civilian office or their particular mission. In accordance with Regulations A and B, designated goodwill ambassadors may apply for an identification card.

The card adheres to the principles of the REAL ID Act, ensuring interoperability and acceptance across different organizations and events.
Card Material: Polycarbonate, with embedded holographic security features to prevent counterfeiting and alteration.
Card Dimensions: ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1 format (85.60 mm × 53.98 mm)
Card Thickness: 0.76 mm (nominal)
Durability: Resistant to cracking, breaking, and fading under normal wear and tear.
Machine Readable Zone (MRZ): Compliant with ICAO Document 9303, containing encoded information about the cardholder and issuing authority.
Contactless Chip: Optional, for secure authentication and data storage, adhering to ISO/IEC 14443 standards.
Biometric Data: Optional, may include fingerprint, facial recognition data, or iris scan encoded on the contactless chip for enhanced security.
UV Printing: Invisible ink printing visible only under ultraviolet light, featuring the Goodwill Ambassador Commission logo and unique card identifier.
Microprinting: Text or graphics too small to be easily read by the naked eye, containing hidden security messages.
Guilloche Patterns: Complex interwoven line patterns that are difficult to reproduce, used as a security design element.

Header: "Goodwill Ambassador" in prominent font, with the Goodwill Ambassador Commission logo.
Photograph: Recent, color photograph of the cardholder meeting passport photo standards.
Full Name: As it appears on official documents.
Title/Designation: Specific title or area of focus (e.g., "Goodwill Ambassador for Sustainable Development," "Goodwill Ambassador for [City/Region]").
Issuing Authority: Name and logo of the organization or government agency issuing the card.
Card Number: Unique alphanumeric identifier.
Validity Dates: Start and expiry dates of the card's validity.

Issuing Authority: Local Goodwill Ambassador Clubs, government agencies, or recognized non-profit organizations authorized by the Goodwill Ambassador Commission.
